About Me
I’m Nathalie, an intimacy coach and published author working at the intersection of sexuality, creativity, and human connection. I specialize in embodiment, intimacy, menopause, and sex, using tools like deep listening, embodiment exercises, and hypnosis to guide people in exploring their desires, boundaries, and authentic expression.
My literary journey took off in Berlin, where I authored “Berlin Bar Stories,” a raw exploration of love’s complexities and the city guide “500 Hidden Secrets of Berlin“. In 2019, I boldly merged visual art and eroticism in my self-published work “Your Body, My Poem,” challenging conventional narratives around desire and intimacy.
When not writing or coaching, you might find me binge-watching Severance, losing myself in the works of Irvin Yalom, Milan Kundera or Pablo Neruda, or strolling through a contemporary art museum.
As half of the performance duo Machig & Moon, I weave poetry with spoken word and soundscapes, creating immersive experiences that bridge the gap between art and transformation.
My workshops, both online and in-person, often together with the wonderful Alison Pilling from the Sex School for Grown Ups, combine somatic practices with creative expression, helping participants navigate their relationship with intimacy, sexuality, and self-discovery.
My compassionate view on life led me to be a vegan and a foodie. I have two amazing and wise children who are currently living in Berlin. I am based in a little town at the foot of the Sierra Nevada near Granada in Spain.
I love pomegranates.
