1. Service Provider

Sensualise Your Life (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a coaching service based in Spain that offers professional coaching sessions and programs in English, French, and Dutch.

2. Coaching Services

We offer:

Individual coaching sessions
Couples and group programs
The “Sensualise Your Life” program, which includes guided touch exercises for consenting partners
Workshops, talks, and lectures upon request

Important: Coaching is not therapy. We help clients achieve personal growth and intimacy enhancement. If you require trauma therapy or specialised psychological treatment, we will refer you to an appropriate professional.

3. Booking & Payments

All coaching sessions must be booked via our Website or by contacting us directly.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your session.
We accept payments via Stripe. This platforms process currency conversion automatically. All prices are listed in EUR (€).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1. Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please notify us as soon as possible.
We handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis, taking into account reasonable circumstances.
If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

4.2. Refund Policy

Individual Sessions: If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Programs (e.g., Sensualise Your Life Program): Due to the personalised nature of these programs, refunds are not available once the program has started. However, sessions may be rescheduled where possible.
No-Shows: If you fail to attend a session without notice, no refund will be issued.

5. Client Responsibilities

By purchasing a coaching session, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old.
You understand that coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.
You provide honest and accurate information about your situation.
You respect all agreements, confidentiality, and boundaries set within the coaching relationship.

6. Boundaries & Ethical Practice

No physical contact occurs in individual coaching sessions.
The Sensualise Your Life program includes guided touch exercises, but only with explicit consent and agreed boundaries.
We do not work with individuals who have a history of sexual offenses, require specialised trauma therapy, or are in abusive relationships.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

Your privacy is our priority. We adhere to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and do not share your personal data with third parties.

Your information is stored securely and used only for coaching purposes.
Session notes, if taken, remain confidential.
We do not record sessions without explicit consent.

8. Legal Disclaimer

Sensualise Your Life is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses related to our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable EU consumer protection laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
